Within WP3, we will use different 15N labelling approaches to deepen our process understanding on the effect of BNI active substances produced by or contained within P. lanceolata biomass on gross N transformations in soil. The experimental work will include lab incubations and greenhouse studies. For evaluation and modelling of the data we will collaborate with Christoph Müller at Justus Liebig University, Giessen.
