WP4: Potential impact of P. lanceolata genotypes on the soil microbiome

To assess the potential impact of BNI-active substances on the soil microbial community structure and functioning, selected bulk soil and rhizosphere samples from WP2 and WP3 will be analyzed by molecular biological methods. With this, we expect to gain deeper insights into the effect of BNIs produced by P. lanceolata on ammonium oxidizers in the soil.
